# Obsidian Markdown Showcase: Advanced Features
This post demonstrates advanced Obsidian features including math, tasks, and special syntax.
## Mathematics (LaTeX)
### Inline Math
The quadratic formula is $x = \frac{-b \pm \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac}}{2a}$ and Euler's identity is $e^{i\pi} + 1 = 0$.
The derivative of $f(x) = x^2$ is $f'(x) = 2x$.
### Block Math
The Gaussian integral:

$
Maxwell's equations in differential form:
